Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from Loomy at loomyhandmade.com. Please read them before ordering — by placing an order you accept them.

Who you're buying from

Loomy is run by Lucrezia Bianchi, a private individual, from Grafikergatan 25B, 802 58 Gävle, Sweden. Email: hello@loomyhandmade.com. Loomy is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to the prices.

Handmade, knitted to order

Every piece is knitted by hand after you order. Small variations in size, shape, tension or finishing are a natural part of handmade work and are not defects. Colours may look slightly different on screen than in real life.

Orders

When you place an order you'll receive an order confirmation by email — if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. The agreement is made when I confirm your order. If I'm unable to make a piece — for example if a yarn is no longer available — I'll contact you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) for Sweden and in euro (EUR) for Italy and the rest of Europe. Shipping is added at checkout. Payment is taken when you order, by card, Klarna or the other options shown at checkout; payments are handled securely by Shopify.

Delivery

Knitting takes around –5–9 days, depending on order backlog at the time of your purchase-then the parcel is sent. See the shipping policy for prices and delivery times.

Returns and complaints

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. If something is faulty or not what you ordered, contact me and I'll make it right. See the returns & refunds policy for the details.

Personal data

Your details are only used to handle your order and to contact you about it. See the privacy policy.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If we can't agree, please get in touch first — I'll always try to find a fair solution. Your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence are not affected.
