Refund policy

Every piece is knitted by hand, to order, just for you — so please have a look at the size guide before ordering. I want you to love what arrives, and if something isn't right, here's how returns work.

14-day right to return

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Just let me know before you send it back — you can request a return from your account, or email hello@loomyhandmade.com with your order number.

Condition

Items need to be unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received them, so they can go to another little one. Please pack them carefully.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered. I recommend a tracked service — I can't refund a parcel that doesn't reach me.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and I've checked it, I'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. The original shipping cost is refunded too if you return your whole order (up to the cost of standard delivery).

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email me within 14 days with a photo and I'll make it right — with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping both ways.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? The quickest way is to return the original and place a new order. If you'd like me to hold one for you, just ask.
