Shipping policy

Every Loomy piece is knitted by hand, to order, just for you. Here's what to expect between ordering and opening the parcel.

Knitting time

Once you've ordered, I knit your piece within ~5–9 days, depending on amount of backlog at the time of your purchase. You'll get an order confirmation by email straight away, and another email when it's on its way. If you can't find it, please check your spam or junk folder — and mark it as "not spam" so the next one finds you.

Delivery

All orders are sent from Gävle, Sweden, with PostNord and include tracking.

• Sweden: usually no more than 3–5 working days after dispatch.
• Denmark, Norway and Iceland: usually 3–7 working days after dispatch
• Italy and the rest of the EU: usually 4–10 working days after dispatch

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs and duties

There are no customs fees within the EU. For Norway and Iceland, local import fees may be charged by the carrier on delivery.
